Youth Coalition for Education in Liberia (YOCEL)  is a registered liberian youth-led education agency that focused on empowerment. We engage, inspire and motivate young people to be agents of change. YOCEL envisages a world where in every child will have equal access to quality and relevant education both formal and informal without any discrimination to sex, color, tribe, and disability, religious and political affiliations.
